A big part of what makes EMBODIED unique is the intimacy of the group, and the deep connection created between participants. In addition, EMBODIED also involves high-touch, custom coaching from your coaches. We limit the number of participants to a maximum of 15 per program to maintain the integrity of the depth we seek to provide our participants inside.

Although the women who've participated in this program in the past have said the custom nature of the container is more supportive than any other 1:1 experience they've been a part of, it's technically a group experience.

Embodied is about self-leadership in every area of your life. The program is very holistic in its approach, and everything we teach about alignment can be applied and translate to all personal and professional areas of life.

Regardless of whether you choose to work on specific work-related themes in your coaching or more personal things – we consistently see our participants become more powerful leaders who can guide themselves and their teams through even the most challenging situations and navigate whatever life throws at them with grace, confidence, and connection.

You will have one 90 min session a week with no sessions the last week of the month. The beauty of this program is the leadership coaching happens by living your life, not as an add-on to everything you are already committed to. So other than the calls, there's not any additional "homework" or "to-dos."

Absolutely! In fact, many of our current and past participants are mothers of young children and/or single mothers. From our experience, women in this circumstance often have a harder time justifying this kind of investment of financial and time resources into themselves – and yet, every mother who has participated created the most remarkable transformations for themselves as well as their children and families. It’s truly one of the most special parts of our work.
